What do I need to submit with my application?
A non-refundable registration fee of $100 CDN for Diploma Courses or $30 CDN for Non-Diploma Courses.

How can I pay?
We accept cash, cheque, Visa or Mastercard payment. If paying in person, students can also use their debit card.

What is the school's attendance policy?
Your instructor will take attendance. If you miss more than a certain number of days of class, you will be de-registered from class and we will notify Citizenship and Immigration Canada of your non-attendance.

Where do I obtain Medical Insurance Coverage?
Information on various options and costs on health insurance may be obtained from either of these two companies:

How long does the application process take?
Borealis¡¯ Administration will respond to your application in 1 to 2 business days depending on the completeness and accuracy of your application and whether you have submitted all the requested documents and fees. The Student Permit application process at the Canadian Embassy can take between 3 weeks to 6 months depending on the workload of the Canadian Embassy, and if you require a medical examination.

Where do I obtain an Application For A Study Permit?

or visit your nearest Canadian Embassy or Consulate.

What if I need to extend my study permit?
You can download the application form from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/extend-student.html and submit the application form to Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

Can I work in Canada during or after my studies?
The Canadian Immigration laws do not allow international students attending private colleges to work either during or after their study period, unless the curriculum includes an internship component as part of the program of study. Students may apply for a Work Permit provided that they first obtain a Letter of Employment from a prospective employer.

What if I move?
